You will need to find a special type of berry for each monster. Where to Find Berriesīerries are used to trigger instant evolution of a Mino Monster. However, chances of getting energy are more if you attack enemy Minos. Replay old levels to get a chance to win energy flowers. These flowers may be earned as loot after the completion of a level. You may also craft a special energy potion before going to battle if you have 3 energy flowers. Just make sure you don’t choose Earth as the Fire element enemy will deal more damage to your Earth monster. For example, if the enemy belongs to Fire element and you don’t have a Water element Mino, then choose a Fire element monster if you have it in your team or someone else. So don't sweat the dragon chest. If you don’t find a “Strong” monster type, choose the one that belongs to the same element, maybe a higher level creature. In terms of rare mino's I have ragnarath, sylvarath, and, magnerath, but I would much rather stick with my easy-to-find cindercrest. Unless someone has a great ability, I don't think there is any real advantage of the other minos (expect perhaps for the ghosts). StormStrike increase critical for electric minoįor reference, my main team these days is a level 90 blessed cindercrest backed by 3 cindercrests. I have a post a bit down about the different passive abilities that everyone has, and mentioned the ones that can help the active mino. A level 3 nature makes a big difference: especially blessed, because it stacks well with the rag helm and healing. The two most important parts, I find, are their passive skills and their nature. In reality, there is very little difference between the mino's of different types. Now you can get a rag helm and a winter sword in PVP, and that will probably get you plenty far. I then got a rag sword in a chest, and that was enough for me to get through his generals without too much trouble. That made a huge difference, even with just that and a level 80 mino. In the end I was able to make a level 80 mino or two before I just couldn't beat his generals anymore.Īt that point in time I ended up buying the zephyrmane quest and bought a ragnarath helm. They keep leveling up until they hit level 100, and by the time they were in the 80s they were just owning my team, even when I was using the right type. I was able to beat rag once or twice but by the end all of my guys would be KO'd (not a big deal, really). I didn't have any special equipment or special monsters. The way it went for me is that I had a bunch of level 70 guys when I first started fighting rag. If I do that, do I just hope to roll a good mino from dragon chests?įor me the issue wasn't rag but rag's generals. My Blazonier nature is swift, I believe, but I have enough pvp banners to get more nature rerolls if there's a better nature.Īlso, if I am building a water team as well, and don't have the water starter, what main hitter would be best that I could get as a mostly free to play player? I'm thinking of investing in gem island now that it's the only way to get gems by playing since I'm pretty broke and can't continually buy gems. I currently have Blazonier with a hydrabyss helm and a winter sword, a cindercrest and I'm working on getting another cindercrest and potentially a ramrage, unless a third cindercrest would be best. However, I know that you need rewards from the dark shop to craft the runes to begin with, and I was wondering if my current team (or what team in working on) is optimal enough for farming Rag in the beginning. I'm a relatively new player, currently thanking he new pvp system for allowing me to get the hydrabyss helm without gems, and I'm beginning the trek to building a Rag farming team.
